These later maturing climbing peas will reach a height of around 2 metres, carrying a huge crop of large pods noted for their very sweet flavour.

Direct alongside trellis or fence where they are to grow. Sow in damp soil and withhold further watering until seedlings appear.

Care

Choose a sunny, well-drained position. Work in lime and Thrive Granular All Purpose Fertiliser. Protect young seedlings from snails with Yates Blitzem. Apply Yates Thrive Soluble Fertiliser regularly and water often. Harvest when pods are plump.
