We want your pet to look their absolute best, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
