Parrot Flight Bird Cage (0417)

This Parrot Flight Bird Cage has been designed to allow parrots and other birds to move and fly freely and is suitable for small to medium-sized parrots like Budgies, Lorikeets, Alexandrines, Rosellas, Galahs and many others. 

This cage can also be used for some larger finches; however, smaller finches may fit through the wire spacing. This cage is not suitable for Cockatoos and similar large parrots with a powerful bite, as the wire of the cage is a bit too thin and they may break it.

This cage is currently on display at our Sydney (Enfield) Store, if you would like to view it before purchase.

Q. Can two of these parrot cages be put side by side to make one large cage?

A. After calling the Enfield Store, I was told that you can remove one panel from each cage and put them side by side with tie wire, but this only works without the stand and will likely still leave a small gap at the top that could be filled with wire mesh. Alternatively, you can cut the wire from each cage with a disc grinder, and apparently, this method will not leave a gap at the top, but again, this method will only work without the stand.

Q. How many lorikeets would you suggest for this cage?

A. This parrot flight cage would be suitable for 6 to 8 lorikeets.
